Because you're obviously one of them (why else would you need to ask?) I'm afraid that it would be impossible to offer an explanation that would be simple enough for you to grasp.

It seems you have no idea how your post involves liberals.

Easy. Conservatives only buy what they can afford. No money for college? Get an education in one of the trades and get a job.

Liberals all seem to thinks that they are above that, and rack up six-figures worth of college loan debt and then cry about it when it comes due.

Sofa King True.

America really only needs a fraction of the college-educated people that it currently has. Given the tremendous cost of college today, it really isn't an economically viable approach for most.

Fortunately, we have a significant number of wealthy families that CAN afford to put their kids through school without financial hardship, and without burdening their graduating children with extraordinary debt.

It only makes sense to discontinue this wasteful expenditure in student-loans programs and such, and just let those in our country who can truly and easily afford the top academic institutions, be the ones that fill the roles that require such high educational requirements.

The vast amount of money that is currently squandered providing partial funding for college to those who genuinely have no business being there, or who can't afford the entire package to begin with, would be far better spent providing them with vocational training in some trade field, as an electrician, or plumber, or carpenter.

Every student loan that was ever made was made to a liberal. That makes sense.

The GOP is already resurrecting legislation to defund the college loan programs.

Representative Kline was on the right track when he wanted to raise college loan interest rates, and make the loans taxable to help bring down all the debt the liberals have chalked up.

This is a good idea because vocational training is completely free.

Raising interest rates on defaulted debt is a great idea and will fix everything.

All conservatives are great readers, which is why education is free for them.

Why don't we just make the student loan interest rate 1000%? Then we'll all be rich.

This is a great idea. We should also close down all colleges since no one needs them. We can turn the land into golf courses which are much more useful.

uh, no.

however, the billions we spend on the failed k-12 system needs to be stopped now.

there is nothing that motivates people to stick with something, like having to pay for it.

k-12 should be on a paid basis, and then the success rates in our dismally failing schools would guycocket.

No one said anything about closing all the schools, you drooling liberal retard (sorry for the redundancy.)

This would seem to be a great motivation for kids to do well in school. You either study, or live out the rest of your life in a sweatshop.

Win-win.

Yeah, most children are very concerned about their future career. We should privatize schools so corporations can train the kids directly.

This is actually an excellent idea. What better way to get a workforce that is trained in exactly the kind of skills that will be in demand?

There is no better way. How do we get started shutting down all schools and transferring control of education to profit driven corporations?

Nothing motivates children like the threat of financial insecurity.

So, libbie - never heard of private schools?

Of course not.

Not sure about the children, but you can bet their parents would think twice about it.

At least the ones that matter would.

No I haven't. Please explain them to me. Are they owned by corporations? Do they train children to work in corporations?
