$1 billion for a lyrics site. This defies logic. Potentially a dumb question: Doesn't it violate some sort of copyright to post lyrics for entire songs? Or is fair use not in play?

­Not sure. I would assume it's fair use since it is just transcribing the songs, but I bet the MPAA feels that they should own every fart that sounds like a song lyric.
