That's not fair. I see almost constant references to distrokid on musician forums. It just happens to be in the context of either non-payment and accusing musicians of various policy violations resulting in 'forfeiture of earnings'.
If the complaint ranks high enough on google, the posting will mysteriously disappear quite quickly (ie - the poster does not edit their post and follow up that it got resolved it just disappears). Which would be the second half of why no one has ever heard of or talks about it.
There's lots of musicians no one has ever heard of with no music to publish posting away claiming its great! (same old Pud! :lol:)
