I have slept only three hours in the last 36 hours (1.5 days). My property manager, Triton, refuses to fix the air conditioning to my second floor apartment. *** I cannot work without sleep. Other than the dysfunctional City of Norfolk under the lame leadership of the bumbling Mayor Kenny Alexander, who else can help me with proper ventilation with an indoor temperature now at 83° this morning (6am)?

83*- oooh poor baby. I never let mine go above 68* now but for years Had no A/C and survived. Fucking pissy faget pussy boi.

I grew up -- no AC until I was well into my teens and my dad decided to buy a couple of window units.
Wasn't much in the way of AC in Bahrain and Gitmo when I was in the military.

If the property changed hands, they do not have to honor any lease set up by the previous owner.  John is probably setting himself up for his get the fuck out papers with his shit comments on social media about his property managers --

If you know anyone trying move into Ocean View, I do not endorse Triton Property Management at all! First they attempted to shirk my wallet on monthly pet fees which I was not supposed to pay on my lease. Then, they turn a BIG blind eye to my air conditioning being out of service for 36 hours—but replacing a unit in a vacant apartment before performing maintenance on my space to make it livable. They are quite “mismanaged”!

; hey john, a little harsh there, she was offering you help for a situation that you were in and this is called The next door group where we're supposed to be neighbors helping each other, sometimes take it for what it is, an offer of help, as far as your situation if it is stated in the lease that air conditioning is included then he is 100% required to fix it, meaning that if there was an air conditioner window unit in the house or it is central air and it is not working but it was at one point then he is 100% required to fix it, you can put your money in escrow with the courts until it is fixed, don't hold back rent on your own, you can go to the courts and file an escrow account and they will do it until he fixes it

It is time for some impersonating.

I messaged the woman who offered John the ac and told her about his behavior being par for his usual course.  I also shared the links for his Yelp and Google Maps profiles so she could read for herself as to why John is not worthy of her interaction.  That comment about not trusting people was rude and she did not deserve it.

You also need to share this website with her regarding John too.  Nextdoor should've banned him for life by now.

I’m living out of my car. My property manager found a new unit but the ETA is Tuesday. My cat is inside but has plenty of water. They do not have window units (previous owner did). I cannot afford lodging. The hotel I worked at (Norfolk Sheraton Waterside) wouldn’t help me out temporarily—the GM Michael Watterson fired me for making a request. So I am living in my car until Tuesday. I have NO friendships at all and my Dad in Southern Maryland will not allow me there until Tuesday. Screwed-very unkind world!
