I read that obituary and John's testimonial.  In a way I blame that on the funeral home's webpage coordinator.  It would have been a simple matter to remove the second post of his (wtf was he thinking? this is not social media for his attention seeking) grandstanding without further comment and block him.  John has been loud and proud as to his "knowing" he was gay at the young age of 5.  Maybe that was the reason behind other kids bullying and ostracizing him.  Maybe he did something that another kid would instinctually know to be wrong.

I contacted the funeral home as to that inappropriate comment on the tribute page.  Granted it dates from April 2022 but it's not something I would want to see on a loved one's memorial when a 40 year old divorce has absolutely nothing to do with the individual.

That's not the only obituary he hijacked. Towards the beginning of this thread there was one where he posted a picture of himself wearing a loud pink shirt.  Of himself.  By himself.  If he was posing with the deceased in happier times, fine.  Posting up something akin to a pick up photo is wildly out of line.

Word on the street is that John is in a care facility after having been on the receiving end of a beating.

He got jumped out in a parking lot after a road rage incident he started on Columbus Drive at Town Center.  Nobody is surprised this eventually happened to him.  His mouth is what gets him in trouble every time.

Is the cat safe?

If anyone knows any contact information on the landlord to John's apartment, please reach them so that his cat can be picked up by the local ASPCA.  I just hate to see her suffer due to this turn of events.

The cat is safe.  A person familiar with the situation has a friend who volunteers with one of the local cat rescue groups.  They were able to make contact with the property people / animal control to remove her from the apartment and start getting the kitty the care she needs (medical issues, ie asthma from being overweight).  He apparently remembered he had a cat about a week into his hospitalization and the poor thing was going crazy for food when they opened up the apartment.

I can only imagine the stink when they opened up that apartment.  If it is really bad, since John is considered indigent and Social Services will be a big part of his life for now on, they may not allow him to return if it is deemed unhealthy.

John's father should not be involved in retreating his cat.  That man has done nothing but put her through abuse.

So I guess it is safe to go to MJs again?

Don't declare victory yet!  John has pulled off some amazing turnarounds in the past....

I really think this is the end of the road for John.  His actions over the last year have caused him to spend time in jail, lose certain privileges and finally, just finally, get beaten up from road rage.  Does anyone know if this causes his probation to be revoked?  And has the person who beat him up got arrested or let go?  Hampton Roads has had enough of him and next up will either be an assisted care facility or an mental hospital where he belongs.  And please be sure his cat stays away from him.  I just hope she's able to live a long and healthy life from here on out.

it wasn't road rage.  One of the few people who tolerates John and frequents MJs said that John had gone to a meet-up in a parking lot that was a set up because of an accusation he made on a social media app before the incident.  John was trying to sell the story as being a random attack on account of what he has displayed on his car but VBPD stated there was no evidence of a hate ideology involved and it was a personal problem that came to a head - no arrest because nobody knows who the guy was or even his real name because he was using a sock account on Tinder.  

I hate to say it but this was coming for a long, long time.

I thought John was prohibited from using social media based on his probation.  He's been silent online since January.

It was towards the end of April when John got his ass jumped out.  From what I know this was all about something John posted on NextDoor back in late December when he accused someone of being in the closet after a disagreement about Virginia Beach social services.  You know, like John normally does when he isn't accusing someone of criminal activity.  I guess he couldn't waddle fast enough to escape retribution.  Some people have a good idea who the scion of justice was in this scenario but not much is known, or said.

He did rejoin NextDoor under the Plaza Apartments neighborhood in early April, so guess he weasled his way around any restrictions by changing his profile.  Like anyone knows the difference, LOL.  Anyway, he has not posted anything since he created that account so I guess it was around that time he got his just due.

Fat fuck must be out of physical therapy -- he is back on NextDoor and continuing his regular practice of being an ass.

He is whining about needing help with the remote for his Serta bed -- how the miserable public assistance fuck can afford one to begin with -- and helpful people are winding their way into his abusive irrational trap,
