To the guys who had John as their Uber/Lyft driver, I am glad he didn't try anything sexual with y'all before he bolted out of the blue.  But with that incident, it shows he was AND is sick.  That bit about his mom suffering from mental illness:  I believe him.  And it's very clear John is mentally unstable.  From blowing up at people in public to posting online about being raped and hiding for dear life at Denny's, it's all fabricated and done so that he can get attention from strangers.  

To be honest, him being at a halfway house is too light.  Once his probation sentence ends, John needs to pack up everything he has left and move to Maryland to be close to his dad at a mental hospital.  Living on his own is just too dangerous for both his own health and others.  He can't hold a job for long, he gets into fights with people (and deserves to be beat down for it) and tries very hard to slander people and businesses.  I'm just amazed he's still alive.

­Yes.    His information was probably handed over to Norfolk and Virginia Beach during his persistent false report activity as NCIS has no real authority outside of the military/facilities for power of arrest.  If you hear about an NCIS investigation out in town, they will always be working with some of the highboys like the FBI, ATF and concurrent with local police.

When the false rape allegations that John reported to NCIS didn't stick, he tried to cry to Lyft. Lyft contacted my friend saying John reported a violation and that there was inappropriate touching. Dude who TF wants to touch that nasty, smelly, rotted, delusional old faggot? My friend responded with what actually happened. His bad driving record was submitted along with his YouTube video that showed all the pills he was on and didn't take. Well Lyft sided with my friend and Gabe him $10 in Lyft credits. Like wtf? $10 Lyft credits? After all the shit that my friend went through? He embarrassed my friend in front of his command because of his false allegations. My friend went to the NCIS office on a Sunday and they took his picture and fingerprints. Lucky his command didn't believe it bc my friend is a great guy and was an over achieving sailor. A bunch of friends went onto his FB and left nasty messages. This was after NCIS dropped the charges and my friend could speak about the "case." Those messages were hilarious. ­I read his old apt complex, Blue Marlin, was permanently closed. Probably due to John's nasty living conditions.

I run a social group in the area that John joined years ago.  From the moment I first saw him to the last before kicking him out due to his actions both online and in person, he smelled like cat piss.  From looking at the pictures, she appeared overweight and stressed out.  That's what happens when you have an owner who did not take care of his pet well just like himself.

When I tried looking for John online, it appeared he was no longer in any groups.  Either he left them on his own or someone affiliated with the site got wind of complaints against him and banned him.  Now only if Yelp can remove all his nasty rants....

Blue Marlin Apartments was beyond economically feasible to renovate the existing structure -- termites, mold and foundation settling were big issues with the property.

They just had the contracting company come out there when John harassed them into taking a picture.  I feel bad for tenants who lived there that had to move out...but not John.
