Probation status was for a previous infraction prior to June 25th. Can not answer questions on exact charges for June 25th case (have not seen anything in writing). He WAS arrested due to ‘threats of harm’ to others. Don’t know if there are fines or restrictions he must follow. As a community tho, I would heed the above warning. I’m sure it’s simply a matter of time until he’s up to his usual crap.

Is he dangerous?

Let me put it this way:  the owner of the Rustic Spoon called John a menace to society in response to his 1-star review from the day he walked in on Father's Day a year ago acting a fool.  You don't want this man anywhere near your place of business.  He'll work very hard to belittle you and make himself look like the victim.

He impersonated an owner of MJ's Tavern because he didn't like the fact that someone was SMOKING in a designated smoking area.  He has also bullied and threatened harm to at least two individuals who are/were employed with the venue.
When all else fails he accuses people of anything and everything to ruin their reputation or livelihoods.
He was "mentoring" a male minor who attended Booker T Washington High School until a LOT of people in the LGBTQ community who knew of his reputation reported the situation to the school resource officer and the security manager for the NPS and got it stopped before anything ill could happen.
He gets violent when told to leave a business, ie throwing objects and kicking over furniture on the way out.
He is a grifter hoping for a payoff when he starts slandering businesses for "compensation"  He has abused faith based communities for monetary gain, his VA benefits are dodgy to say the least, and God help you if you disagree with him on social media, because he will do ANYTHING to create a cancellation situation for the "offending" party.

What makes any of this funny is that John can bully women and kids in the service industry but shits himself and runs in pure terror when a man stands up to him.  The fact that he got punked in the jailhouse just....maybe...reduces some of the pain he has inflicted on the productive members of society, be it in Ohio, Maryland or Hampton Roads.

And don't forget about John spewing out racist language at minorities while at the same time cruising for black or brown men.  What the person said in the previous post is all true.  John may not carry a gun, but his presence whether in person or online is dangerous enough.  And also mention that he had the nerve to play gay porn on his phone right near a 7-year old boy until an adult confronted him before running away like a little girl.  Even though he got knocked out in the joint, it won't change a damn thing.  John is 58 years old and had a whole lot of time to change his life.  But he has been nothing but a fuck up.  Either he'll end up back in prison or dead somewhere.  His time is coming real soon.

1.  John's dad should not let his son have his cat back.  John has done a terrible job of raising her and now her health is in danger thanks to him.  Her death certificate will be permanent if he ever lays a hand on her again.
2.  For any person or business here in Hampton Roads who encounters John during one of his rants, call the authorities ASAP.  John will most definitely go back to his ways and raise hell upon anyone who comes in his way.  If you have a camera phone handy, tape it and show to the appropriate parties for an arrest or a restraining order.

I wonder how long John can resist the temptation to act a fool on social media about his ("discriminatory") arrest.

Word on the street is that John's flipping shit over the phone started with being fired from the Waterside Sheraton.

So he did snag another job after the Hilton escorted him out.  How in the hell can he get job after job????  Someone please help me understand....

Back when his AC supposedly went out and he was supposedly sleeping in his car, he complained about being fired by the general manager of the Sheraton when he "asked" if he could make arrangements to stay there until his AC was fixed.  As with anything involving John there is always more to the story than what he cries about on Facebook.

I saw the post on here from NextDoor when he complained about his A/C, but like you, I don't buy it one bit.  Anything with John is 'poor little me'.  Every one has grown tired of it.

Oh, as far as what happened with his job at the Sheraton, one person already posted on here that John got fired for non-compliance of his duties and also treating a guest with disrespect.  So there ya go.  John, as always, plays the victim card and somehow attracts sympathy.

His victim card was hopefully played for the last time these past two weeks.  He earned that fat lip and the welt on his head.
