The open time for the dining room is 5:00am. One employee was serving orders in the drive thru… The open time for the dining room is 5:00am. One employee was serving orders in the drive thru (Black Woman with Shaved Head wearing headphones and mic). After banging on the door to gain entry at 5:49 am, she signaled back to me with six fingers indicating to me they would open at 6:00 am. Three cashiers entered the unit and started the registers at 6:00 am. The weather conditions were just rainy, not snowy. Is there a valid excuse for three workers being late?

At that, the shaved head lady could have taken less than a minute and unlocked the door since the open time had passed by 55 minutes at this point. Instead, her selfishness was evident by leaving me, a customer, standing out in the rain. The person who unlocked the door took their good ol sweet time to unlock the door and I am sure you cameras will prove that well.

I was given a free cup of coffee, but, that evades the principal of discipline and punctuality. Had the weather conditions been very adverse, I would have more understanding, but I don't understand a valid for being late. If this job is people's only job or second job and they are heavily reliant on the income, they should demonstrate more loyalty and dedication to the restaurant itself by being on time when prevailing conditions outdoors are fair and not adverse.

And now, at 6:12 am, they seem to be not taking the issue seriously and there is a lot of laughing and camaraderie behind the counter. Who trains these people? Being on time is must

A cleaning attendant who has been helpful in the past to me was rude, inconsiderate,and truculent… A cleaning attendant who has been helpful in the past to me was rude, inconsiderate,and truculent this morning 12/15. He passed out a Jehovah's Witness pamphlet about the wrongs of mental health treatment and how their CULT can cure mental illness.

I did not ask, want, or ever clue this guy into that sort of thing. His name is Richard, Black male, wears a Black uniform shirt, and generally works late at night and early in the morning. He claims to be an ordained minister. I doubt if he has ever been to college at all.

I don't come to McD's in the mornings to get an indoctrination about cults. Richard has a desire to lure people into the JW cult through his job by his actions today. Very unprofessional. He should be terminated. I will never go here in the mornings EVER again!

I find it ironic that he accuses other people of being  homophobes or having other character flaws but his posts consistently show that he has close-minded dickhead syndrome as well -- and yes, there are two sides to every story.  I actually witnessed the Pancake House incident and the comment about his hat was a fucking joke made by an elderly regular who razzes everyone.  If he is too thin skinned or obtuse to understand that service cannot be refused on the basis of political party stickers to the point of going ballistic and upsetting other patrons and workers to the point of calling the police then maybe he should stay home and prepare his own meals.

There's a response to his review of an athletic facility where he gets called out by the owner for offering to pull a bad review in exchange for some discount he felt entitled to.

Store 4251 has very bad workers in their employment.   An African American female took my order at 12:25 pm on 14 OCT 16 which was a Grilled Chicken Salad.  She asked three times what my order was and I told her the Grilled Chicken Salad.  She then asked me which "sauce" I wanted.  I did not know "sauce" was a condiment connected with salads.   I said "vinaigrette" in response and she said "which kind of sauce"...and I said "vinaigrette dressing"... she then got her apparent supervisor, a Caucasian woman, to handle the order.  The young lady bolted back to some room and I could hear her mumbling "I hate dealing with White folks".  


Meanwhile, the customer behind me, a tall, obese African American male was bullying me in the process telling me "show her some respect."  I responded to him that I did by answering her questions in a repetitious manner.  He then wanted to start a physical altercation in the serving line.  The supervisor at the cash register DID NOTHING to stop this bully.
