sort of, anti-racism is a core part of their identity so they can't easily make the transition.  Anyhow, I know one lady who grew up in a family of staunch Democrats.  She was a teacher and she surmised that many of these inner city black kids just can't learn as well as the white kids.

Libs are automatically racist. It’s been proven by science. Libs will speak differently to blacks than they do to other whites, intentionally dumbing down their language. Conservatives don’t do that. In fact all of the libs’ white knighting is due to racism. They have a savior complex and see themselves as the only ones capable of speaking up for and defending the blacks, who they deem too incompetent to do anything for themselves.

I voted for Jessie Jackson back in the day.  After forty years of negroes saying that EVERYTHING is about race, I believe them and now prefer my people over theirs.

Super lib friend has occasional moments of clarity when faced with brutal reality first hand, and words come from her mouth that no liberal would ever admit. But it never lasts long and she goes right back to making excuses for them.

Democrats were the party of slavery. Woodrow Wilson was probably the most racist president in history. LBJ did more than anybody else to destroy the black family structure and condemn them to generational poverty.
