Nobody can say anything because of muh Diversity. She has one of the biggest budgets in the company for spending on garbage. Gives away to all sorts of crazy lib causes. It's like a dream job for her. All she does all day is screech about racism, gets paid big bucks and gets to give away money. Meanwhile, the rest of us have to actually do work, have schedules, hit targets, etc. We make the money, she spends it on crap.
