Perfect time for a new religion.

Some say that the elites oppose regulations, Socialism, and immorality, but why do the globalists support minimum wages, Obamacare, and homosexuality?

I work with a woman who does counseling for people with PTSD and trauma issues. She see war vets, rape survivors, people abused as children. But she says the worst ones are the people who were hardcore devout Christians. They were deep into fundie Christianity. Many of them left the church because they were abused by perverts that the church protected or they were shamed out of the church for not conforming to the party line for some silly reason. One woman was shamed out of her church because her brother died from a blood disease and people at the church thought it MIGHT be AIDS. Having lost their faith, they went insane and started using drugs or booze. She was shocked how fucking evil most so-called Christians were.­

There is a REASON why people are walking away from the Church.

Above posters are correct. If you grew up in a Leave It To Beaver family, or a rich family, you’re only one flaw away from being considered an untouchable at any given time.

I smoke pot nearly daily and both my parents (estranged father now dead of lung cancer) were married nearly ten times combined, and yet I made it to one of the biggest cities in the country.

But I grew up in hardcore Baptist flyoverville and any of the above alone would label me as some devil worshipping faggot. Even if one conforms, they’re subject to abuse - look up “word of faith church” in Wikipedia, it’s a real place and has escaped abuse allegations for forty years. There are legit police officers in it that run those communities.

Social club Christians are also known in the Bible as lukewarm churches like the church in Laodicea. These churches are literally dying out and their buildings are being bought by fundamentalists.
