It's a good start.
Until the lazy and overpaid US "workers" get compensated at a rate more closely aligned with the global-economic standard, there will be no recovery in this country. Thus, putting an end to single biggest job-destroying policy this country has ever suffered under - that being the "minimum wage" law - would be the greatest step toward bringing prosperity back to this land. Also, the numerous barriers to job-creation in this country will need to be eliminated before any meaningful progress can be made in restoring our economy. Abolishing the EPA, FDA, DOE, HEW, HHS, Department of Social Security, and myriad other costly and completely counter-productive agencies, would be a requirement.. Business knows how to run their business better than the government does. This has been born out over decades, and yet the liberals just never get the message in this lesson. Regulation kills free-enterprise. It is as simple as that. Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:23 am
Trump wasn't President. And Republicans didn't have a RECORD majority in Congress. Bush did lower taxes. But Trump + RECORD majority in C TAX CUTS. Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:23 am
Oh right... Repubs were too busy driving the country into the ground to implement any of those fancy plans. Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:25 am
So, you're sure Repubs won't just ruin America like last time they were in control? Reverb Queen Posted 1/22/2016 1:25 am
"Here’s the legacy of the Bush tax cuts, in four charts.
Bush Tax Cuts: 1. Drove the deficit : This chart from the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities shows how the Bush tax cuts are likely to continue be a major driver of federal budget deficits 20 years after they were first passed. With Congress raising taxes on the wealthy on Tuesday, the effect on deficits will be somewhat less -- about $600 billion less than shown in this chart. Still, they will remain the largest component of deficits for the foreseeable future." ![]() Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:26 am
Obama ruined America. Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:27 am
Once we eliminate social security, we'll be running a huge budget surplus. Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:28 am
How was he able to start ruining America before be became POTUS? Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:34 am
You missed what is probably the most important issue that needs to be addressed.
Eliminating publicly-funded education. Finally, with the hundreds of billions saved through the elimination of the utterly failed K-12 programs in this country, we could bolster our technological portfolio through the private funding of large state-of-the-art technical-colleges, where the world's top minds will come and become tomorrow's captains of industry. Naturally, given the obvious advantages offered by our new economic renaissance, those same entrepreneurs would take up right here in America - providing jobs aplenty where once only liberal failure dotted the landscape. We managed to maintain Social Security (capitalized) and balance the budget during the Clinton years. What do you consider the alternative to be? ![]() Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:37 am
Eliminate social security. I don't want to pay FICA taxes. Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:39 am
Alternative? Repubs don't offer alternatives. They offer endless screeching.
Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:40 am
We should also defund the Department of Defense.
There are more than enough patriotic gun-owners in this country to keep foreign aggressors as bay. Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:40 am
Estate Tax = GONE Capital Gains & Dividends Tax = GONE Corporate Tax = GONE Social Security Tax = GONE Income Tax = 10% flat tax. Peace & prosperity for America! Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:42 am
Oh look. Here's some endless screeching now. Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:44 am
The sound of lower taxes hurts my ears! \ :crybaby: Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:46 am
"GONE" is not an alternative its a fantasy. Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:52 am
10% tax?
Still way too much. We NEED to do something about the horrendous tax-burden on the top 1% - the Job Creators - in this country. We either provide them with relief from this unjust liability, or face the consequences of a country that is on an unsustainable path. If there is one thing that history has taught us, it is that the way to prompt economic success is to provide those with the most resources an impetus to utilize them. This success formula can be realized through a few simple steps: Eliminate taxes on the wealthiest 1% to promote spending by this tax-beleaguered group. Remove the hurdles to economic prosperity by abolishing the Minimum-Wage, FDA, EPA, SEC, HEW and the Social Security administration, so that these deterrents to job-creation can be put behind us. Legislate union collective-terrorism out of existence - nothing kills job-growth more quickly than trying to artificially inflate wages above where the free-market pins them. Follow this plan and you'll quickly see that America CAN return to the greatness that once was ours before the liberals destroyed it with their regulation, "safety nets", and taxation. Let's just have no taxes. Abolish the federal government. Everyone gets a farm where you can work 18 hours per day to grow food for yourself and your family.

We'd still get lesbian pr0n on the internet though, right? Unregistered Posted 1/22/2016 1:59 am
How are you going to pay for it? Money does not exist without the federal government? |
