COVID-19 has 100 years of mutations to go. The first gen "vaccines" targeted the first COVID-19 form, and COVID will mutate around the vaccine.

­It is an advantage for a virus not to kill its host. The longer the host survives, the greater the viral replicatio throughout a population. Viruses tend to mutate to less dangerous versions for this reason.
