Chilled 2 liter of Pepsi

Large Cheesy Pasta Casserole (2 pounds Ziti pasta, 2 pounds homemade spicy tomato sauce, 2 pounds shredded mozzarella, 10 large thai green chillies, 20 cloves fresh garlic, 3 sticks unsalted sweet cream butter, 1 large red onion, 1 large green bell pepper)

Quart of Vanilla icecream with chocolate sauce and 15 crushed Oreo cookies.

Mug of steaming hot black coffee made with instant premium coffee powder.

How do you folks eat that much?  Yikes!!

I rarely have room for a second plate at a Chinese Buffet and can barely eat two slices of pizza.   I must confess that I have never been to a pizza buffet.  A local chain in the Boston area just started advertising one. I should check it out.

You seem to be a light eater, why waste money on a all you can eat buffet?

Whenever I go, my goal is to consume a minimum of 10,000 calories. That way, I get full value for my money, in fact I get great value. My time is cheap because I'm a unemployed super obese fella living off my relatives.

So what I do is I go right when the lunch buffet opens, usually at 11 AM. I start stuffing my face like nothing else. Then I feel full for a while, just relax on my table for a bit. Then I go and have another massive binge.

I usually leave at around 2 or 3 PM. I don't eat for the rest for the day.

The buffet lets me have a bit of many different dishes.  I cannot do that for the price ordering off the menu.

I checked out the pizza buffet in my area on the web. $5.99 for all you an eat plain and pepperoni.

how much did he eat?

Hint: it was :spanky:

They had to drag him out with police in riot gear

Seriously, I'd love Spanky to tell us his buffet record.

my blood pressure was ridiculous so I dropped from 220 to 180 and I don't eat much junk or binge on buffets anymore

thanks losers, for letting me live vicariously and remember how shitty I felt after stuffing my gut on carbs and grease

2 huge plates at Golden Corral.   Chicken, meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, salads, fried okra, tacos, diet soda, maccaroni salad, green bean casserole & nachos and cheese. Got real sick afterward and I've never gone to a buffet since.

. said: I went to this hotel breakfast buffet and I had 5 made to order omelets plus hash brown, sausage, bacon, toast, frosted flakes cereal with milk, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal with sugar, and fruit yogurt. Orange juice, hot chocolate and coffee.

I didn't eat for the rest of the morning, I was that full, I kid you not.
