The Green Revolution is maybe our best case scenario for a "collective" best possible outcome.  Maybe some kind of small nuclear reactors that have small balls of fuel like the ones piloted in Alaska could be a bridge to something else.

I don't know what the decline rate is yet, it'll probably be another 3-4 years to see what it's going to look like.  Then we can calculate the time until daily oil flow is 50% of what it was at peak production.
