The planes land and depart at all hours of the day. The noise is non-stop. Sometimes the plane are LITERALLY parked in our back yard.

We have trouble sleeping.

But we still manage to maintain our numerous and frequent meals.

Message: i bought my house in 2004. we are the last house on the west side of the tracks at west bartlett road. i can tell you that the volume of trains went up when cn bought this line but it's been crazy in the last year or two how many trains go through. i keep waiting for an accident with the tankers and i don't know how it will affect me. i know the value of my house is affected by this as well. please move to a less residential area. west bartlett road gets an incredible amount of traffic as it's the easiest way to go west from this area to elgin/genevea/st charles. i regularly get stop ins from friends who just happened to be passing my house on their way west (coming from schaumburg, palatine, all of the northern closer suburbs). it's just too busy.
