Well shut up and start carrying the buckets  Unregistered Posted 4/1/2015 7:33 pm
Is there a moratorium on building ? That'll be the day. The campaign donor developers will be allowed to keep building and keep cramming people in, who cares if the standard of living plummets for the regular working guy

They started building sea water plants years ago, but the state has not finished them. The fools like Jerry Brown want to waist billions on high speed rail, but not on a real answer to the water supply for the southern part of the state. They want to steal water from the north and the colorado river. They made their own problem, TFB.

Get your years right we had drouhts back in the 60's just as bad if not worse, but back then we didn't have near the population that California does now. Unregistered Posted 4/1/2015 7:40 pm
Las Vegas is fuckered. The water in Lake Mead will soon be lower than their lowest water pipe. They are now blasting through miles of rock to put in a lower pipe, they'll basically taping the dregs of the lake. If they ever finish. They have bought out property with water rights 200 miles tot he North, but the cost of the pipeline to bring it to Vegas has been estimated at $15 billion.

People will have to cut back on water use. It's going to get stanky down there.

If everybody uniformly cut back on water use all of the time, this drought probably would not be so severe. Things like this: http://wateruseitwisely.com/100-ways-to-conserve/ I can't wait to see golf courses with dead grass. Unregistered Posted 4/1/2015 8:23 pm
No water for horticulture anymore, professor. Unregistered Posted 4/1/2015 8:35 pm

Instead, fag rights and importing more beaners are the hot issues. They'll still be wanking themselves silly over shit like that when the well runs dry. Unregistered Posted 4/1/2015 8:58 pm
