I caught my wife texting another man. I'll call him the cheater even though both were cheating. They were sending illicit picture (nude) and were planning to meet while I was away on training. I'm military.

The cheater is a dentist- a trusted member of society. I want his boss to know his character- a man who cheats with military spouses while the husband is deployed. Is there any legal law the prohibits me sending his employers the screenshots of the illicit texts that he sent my wife and expressing my concerns about his professionalism?

She told me she did. She was wearing her ring. Another friend can confirm. Its a bad situation. Wife and I are in marriage counseling. But I just want to hurt this guy where it hurts most- his reputation, possibly his wallet. Want to make sure he thinks twice about messing with another man's wife. I can't let him get away with this.

That's the thing. Wife is completely wrong. But the other dude knew she was married. So basically he's not off the hook too. I want to immolate him. If the wifey gets irritated, I'll know who her loyalties were with.

What I need to know though, is whether or not there is any law against what I want to do.

The night I found it, 2 weeks ago. I made my wife sit down. I looked her straight in the eyes and asked who "bozo" was (name changed). at first she tried to play innocent. But I wouldn't let up. Finally her facial expression dropped. I had never seen that expression before, but it was surely the expression of total and utter defeat and annihilation.

She said she was sorry and tears welled up. Then I handed her her own phone. Told her to write him what she thought she should write.

She texted him and said "it's over. I want to end it."

he started texting back "why? are you ok?"

I told her "Tell bozo you're ok." She complied.

Then he wrote back "where is this coming from?" and she responded "my heart. I love my husband. Its over."

Then I grabbed the phone from her and texted him: "Bozo, this is [my name]. This ends now. Stay away from my family."

Wouldn't you want to cheat too? Marriage sucks.

I just want to scare the living shit out of the guy. I mean he's a fucking dentist. If I were a dentist I'd be scared of my rep being ruined. Or worse.
