Basically it states that if Canada or Mexico want to enter a trade agreement with a non-market country (that means whoever the fuck we say it is, especially China), they must give us 6 months notice. They also must give us a full text of the agreement 30 days before they sign it. If we don’t like it and they sign it, America can unilaterally leave the USMCA and tariff the living fuck out of Canada or Mexico.

When you see the acronym USMCA just think “you smack a” because that is what our God President did. You smack a Canada and then you smack a Mexico and then they sign.

We own them now because we are by far the largest market for Canada and Mexico. They are our bitches and we just used them to castrate China.

Yeah it didn’t get any notice by the potatoes in our mainstream media but it is huge. Canada and Mexico must do our economic bidding or we bankrupt them. The Mexicans are happy because large numbers of companies are relocating supply chains to Mexico which benefits Americans by keeping illegals working in Mexico instead of hopping the border and it hurts China. The Canadians are pissed but can do nothing. Trudeau is an idiot and we don’t even need their oil anymore. We only talk to them because they are white and give us maple syrup.

Additionally, president Trump has specifically excluded steel and some auto parts from the uscma. Why?

They his hammer to bitch smack Canada if Trudeau gets uppity. If Justine gets out of line Trump will shut our border to engines made just 30 miles north of Detroit and bankrupt those bastards and bring these jobs to the UAW in Michigan.

From the Canadian press.

“With the impending ratification of USMCA, Canadian foreign policy is now officially dead.

Only two types of countries have no foreign policy — colonies and vassal states. Canada at Confederation was born a colony. Now, after more than a century and a half of trying to assert ourselves as a proud global player, with independent decision-making power and substantial assets, Canada has quietly, almost with a shoulder-shrug, allowed itself to be boxed into the role of vassal state to an increasingly diminished United States.

The most important observation from President Trump's news conference with Prime Minister Trudeau last week at the NATO summit was not that Canada was "delinquent" in defence policy or spending, and certainly not that the prime minister was "two-faced." After all, foreign policy often requires more than two faces.

Instead, what most commentators missed was that Trump suggested he would put Canada on a "payment plan." What does this mean, in practical terms?

Answer: That the American president views Canada as a vassal state — one from which he can extract or extort economic and strategic rents as and when he sees fit.

Last week's Speech from the Throne only confirmed Trump's assessment. That speech had nearly nothing to say about Canada's view of its own strategic interests, problems and exits to these same problems. Indeed, the only substantive international matter to which the speech referred was the need to ratify the new NAFTA agreement with the U.S. and Mexico.

And yet, upon close reading, it is this very new NAFTA — the one that exhausted the near totality of the foreign policy energies of the last Trudeau government — that succeeds in vassalizing our country for any foreseeable future. Article 32.10 of the treaty quietly accords Washington full veto power over Canada's ability to conclude "free-trade agreements" with any other global powers of consequence. Read legally (and therefore naively), this can be passed off as inconsequential to the immediate matter at hand — binding our bigger neighbour in a compact that gives us predictable access to what is still the world's wealthiest market.”

Continued.

“However, read strategically (and therefore as Washington intended it), this clause puts a hard upper limit on Canada's ability to develop meaningful relations, economic or otherwise, with any significant country other than the U.S. without Washington's say-so. Period. And that is the way that all other serious capitals — from Beijing to Moscow, Brussels and New Delhi — will have read the new NAFTA, even if we ourselves have not yet truly understood its clever logic.

Why else have almost no international leaders of consequence visited Ottawa over the last few years? Answer: There really is nothing of consequence to discuss with us. They have all properly determined that Canada has happily, largely obliviously, outsourced all major decision-making capacity on international matters to the U.S. And this is why Ottawa has had to resort to the embarrassing spectacle of having to serially ask Washington to help us free the Canadians detained in China just as it is Washington itself that designed the wicked trap in which we find ourselves.

Some may counter that Canada has not had any choice in the matter of USMCA, and that our newly vassalized posture vis-à-vis Washington is at least one among "friends." After all, Washington threatened to impose auto tariffs on Canada, further to the previous steel tariffs, if we did not sign the agreement. We were caught, apparently, between the "friendly" bullying of the U.S. and the "unfriendly" future bullying of the next most important country in the world, China.”

TL/DR
Trump just bent Canada over their igloos and made them America’s bitch.

  Pelosi fought it bitterly for 3 years but no surprise if she suddenly tries to take credit for creating it.   She needs something, all she has for her current congress is a failed impeachment that has angered the voters.

This. She couldn’t afford politically to give Trump a win so she called upon the UAW president to invent a problem and stall. Funny since the USMCA increases US auto content rules from 62.5% to 75%. American auto workers forced the UAW prez to relent and Pelosi signed off.

Remember Perot talking about NAFTA creating a giant sucking sound as American jobs left? Well God Trump has just reversed the process.

Wrong. Trump rammed it down her throat until she gagged and relented. Within two years American factories in China will only be producing products for domestic Chinese consumption. The remaining production will be shifted to Canada and Mexico unless Trudeau gets uppity again.

just like when :doublewide: and :cletus: get all excited about 'us' and 'we' , 'our' military 'wins' dem wars

'our' corporations using the US as launching pad for global domination, while the US slaves share nothing of the profits.

that's all it is, USA is just a clearhouse for their profits, where they corporations don't have any responsibility to the slaves.

they wont have to pay taxes.  they won't have to buy the employees insurance, they have all the wages rigged, fixed now in the US,

USA citizens are basically labor camp prisoners, so why wouldn't they want to destroy Canada, Mexico, or any genuinely ethnic based state where they are obligated to share the wealth for the benefit of everyone.
