Remember: if you’re a white man you need to eat healthy to stay one step ahead of the Jews.

My perfect, healthy meal is
brown rice cooked with chicken broth
pinto beans simmered in a crock pot ala Paula Dean
and turnip/mustard greens cooked at least 30 mins with some bacon.
Sometimes, make cornbread with a little sugar added.

Mix it al together and ooh la la.
Also, raw red onions are a good side-dish.

 bacon !?

Just a slice or two diced up and cooked with the greens.  It helps the salt and pepper stick to the greens and adds a taste of meat.  Leave it out if you are veagan.  Use olive oil or margarine instead.
