I was in Paris last year, since you know jack shit about travel and you live in nowhereville Alabama, I'll explain Paris to you, like every other major city, including NYC.

I'm a white man.  Anywhere I tend to go, the places I eat, the museums I visit, the hotels I stay in, don't have many minorities in it.  This is true of Paris.  The areas I stayed in and visited were 90 percent white.  At no point did I ever cry out in fear "ERMAGOD, MINORITIES EVERYWHERE!  SAVE ME AKINS!"

Um, it de facto isn't.  Maybe get out of the house every now and again.  The entire world is largely segregated.  It's far more organic than someone "choosing" to segregate, that's just the way things are, culturally and economically.  Turks tend to live around other Turks, "whites" with whites, blacks with blacks, Mexicans with Mexicans, whatever.  Even in India, although the caste system is technically outlawed, they still very much follow it.

According to the latest news, French police have now been posted outside of Jewish schools in France to protect the Jewish students who supposedly have fled the country according to earlier news reports.
