I don't think Greatest Hits or Best of collections should count.  Just original studio albums.

No one willing to say Michael Jackson's Thriller, the best selling original studio album ever? Alright.

He was probably a child molester, so most people aren't going to be eager to sing his praises these days.

I disagree.  Most bands have a crappy song or two on each album.
Also, that's the only one I own.  I don't know what all is on their other albums.

He beat the rap the only time he was formally charged in criminal court. Hence my use of "probably".

Bring on the hate

It's an artifact of its era.  Today, (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman would be attacked as a sickening reification of patriarchy and of biological essentialism.  It's a great song, though, for its time.

Smackwater Jack is the one song, though, because of which Tapestry can't justifiably be placed on the "no bad tracks" list.  Not only is it a song that glorifies both a mass shooter and the vigilante mob that hangs him -- a horrifying topic in 2019 -- it's bizarrely out of place amidst the introspective melodies that comprise the rest of the album.
