Too cold and monochromatic  Looks like a parking garage full of Ikea.

Not bad, what does the $2,600 monthly maintenance fee cover?

It is excessively cold and clinical. Not a shred of intimacy.

I live in Toronto, near Yonge and Eglinton.

Hookers and blow.

I don't like it at all, despite the great view.  It's too big and sterile, depression inducing.   Marble works for me only in Greco-Roman sculptures.

I like the space technically but it's too light for me.

I like darker woods, darker stone, and more mood lighting, less open air.

Not my taste, though it's admirably commodious.

Awesome view.

It would be better at a different location......like outside of Toronto.

I think we need more government intervention in land-use planning.

For that price, its easier to buy a house.

It will take a shitload of maintenance to keep it clean too.

If they ever build a rail link to the airport, I can understand world traveling professionals being interested.

But its being marketed as a "party pad" so obviously families will not be the target demographic.
