We’re both real excited. We have tours of the three major focaccia plantations, a train ride, and we plan on visiting Rome.

My wife is especially excited to see the Tutti di Franbellico focaccia farm, which has been in production for over 1100 years.

Is it too late to get in on a parmesan safari?  My brother in law bagged a 10 pointer just outside of Milan last year.

Recommended.

Wonderful! I had the good fortune to work with Cappuchins in the 1980s. They are a hardy, good natured, resilient people. Always smelled like coffee.
