Contempt, repugnance and disgust are good, but I don't think they incorporate fear into their meaning. Distress is also good because it is a natural reaction to all of them, though that word is usually not associated directly with any of them as a direct cause.

Revulsion does not convey fear. Does abhorrence convey fear? It is easy to find words that convey anger and hatred. harder to find one that also conveys fear.
