You should. A friend of mine did it when he was unsatisfied with the local cops response time. He did it and sure enough the police helicopter and armed response unit showed up very quickly.

Most insane turn out I've ever seen was riot control units, dog handlers and about half a dozen cop cars all to get some guy back into his house (apparently he is a bit of a lunatic and has a track record, but fuck me, when I seen all the cop cars stopping outside I shat it, thinking they had finally discovered some shit I got up to online a few years back).
