It's REALLY hard to get a gun here, and he has to register it every year.
There is one thing that I also think keeps the gun deaths down. By law, every gun has to be locked in a secure gun cabinet (I'm talking basically a metal safe). You can't just leave it lying around for Timmy to blow away his sister with.

Maybe we should just have a gun ban for liberals since they don't seem to value the 2nd and they are too mentally unstable to undertake the responsibility of firearms ownership.
