Two upscale sports facilities owned and paid for by the city. Four SEMI PROFESSIONAL sports teams and three other semi pro teams that went bankrupt all subsidized by the city.
Did I mention that the City of Stockton just filed bankruptcy. A waterfront entertainment center in the middle of da ghetto paid for by the city with borrowed money they now can't pay back. I love California. It's such a shithole.
