I know what happened yesterday. One person foolishly went into war with trolls and they kinda whipped the floor with him. Then they send in the masked Soldiers and again he was humiliated severely.

I would not say I was humiliated at all for Kat left me alone and stop posting so how is that humiliation? Think you might be a tad jealous for I was the only one standing yesterday after the Kat attack for I and Kat had a disagreement and it was solved so where do you see the humiliation in that?
I don't see why Kat's initial suggestion offended you at all and I don't see why you lashed out at him or made it an issue. He may have singled you out but, seeing as how you are a perfect stranger to him, you shouldn't have taken it so personally. He's observed that most (if not all) of those still participating here in this thread (or lurking about therein), though they may have ulterior (or additional) motives steeped in politics, curiosity, empathy, etc., seem to have an underlying singular focus on obtaining or viewing footage of the attack. He's probably right that most of those hoping to gain access to such footage want to see Ms. Logan naked and want to see the sexual portion of the assault for the purpose of base personal gratification (probably including masturbation). You've experienced firsthand how immature and crude most of the comments have been; for him to assume everyone here has at least some corporal interest in all of this (at some base level) isn't outrageous at all. Why defend against his assertion so fervently? Let it go.
In fact, he's probably right. I mean, not knowing any of you personally, I've no clue as to what makes you tick. And, you don't know me so you can't say you really know my convictions. So, really, it's more likely, from an objective observer's perspective, that he's right. I'd bet on him being right. I can't speak for everyone. All I can do is say how I feel. Next time, just tell Kat how you feel once (stick up for yourself briefly) and then... let it go. *shrug*
The functional purpose of this thread, at this point, seems to be its use as an "early warning system" for any and all updates concerning new details about the rape from Ms. Logan's lectures, new evidence from around the world, new testimony, or pictures or video. People post every new article that mentions her name. People discuss every new report she makes on 60 Minutes or CBS Evening News. Some are planning on attending her lectures. All for what? Because we care? We have to spill our guts here continuously because we care? Really? Even those defending, do we have to defend against every stray comment when we've already posted volumes of reference material? Is it going to be the last word only that people review? Stumbling upon this thread someday, are people going to read the last three pages and leave it at that (people who matter) or will they take it all in context?

As someone who actually does care about the well-being of this woman, I've seen fit to limit my time here. I keep an eye on the place but I don't respond very much anymore. I'm not actively searching for any pictures or video elsewhere. I'm not hunting down Egyptians online. I honestly don't care about seeing what happened (seeing footage of the attack) anymore. You should think about backing off (and letting go) as well. All of you. You don't have to forget what happened. You don't have to stop defending Ms. Logan here. But, when it gets to the point that you're merely defending yourself and your interests here, it's time to step back. It's time to let it go.
If video surfaces, we'll all watch it. Great. Will we all masturbate? Who the hell cares? I don't care what you do. You can all log off and masturbate to me right now if you want. That is not the issue, Nine. The guy behaved like a holier than thou prick without even attempting to evaluate his own position. I call that dishonest from the start. It is very easy to kinda go hard on somebody else. It is very very difficult and very very hard to go hard on yourself. I don't own this place. I don't live here. I don't play here. I don't mess around here. I try to be respectful. And, though I've gone back and forth about theories and scenarios myself... speculating and postulating theories... man, that's all done now. Until some new piece of evidence shows up it's all reruns so I've got nothing else to say.
Maybe I'm wrong. Maybe we should keep repeating ourselves in here... into infinity. I don't know. All I know is... I'm not trying to win the argument. It's not about me winning. It's about her winning. It's about the truth but whether the truth comes out or not it's about her getting past it and getting on with her life. Are we going to solve the mystery? I don't care. I just want to stick up for what's right... to stick up for good people, for her.
If I never have to post here again, that'd be great. I don't post here because I like the sound of my voice. I don't post here so we can hang out. Well while doing some searching today I noticed that most web sites that offer up videos use youtube as their search engine. I find this strange since it is easy to censor any and all videos on youtube which is owned by google. 8 different video sites all use youtube which is odd indeed.

The Fat Kid's story must have been true, that the U.S. Goverment erase the entire attack of Lara Logan to prevent a total outrage. Obama also track down and killed Bin Laden another top event. Lara's assault/rape must have been so horrendous, that it was given top priority to make it disappear as they did Bin Laden. This was no hardcore groping/handrape. The burning of the American flag, killing an bald eagle and brutally raping Lara Logan in public, all this is saying Fuck the U.S. The cover-up so far have been very successful, I believe it stopped much bloodshed.
