Just because an uneducated ass clown can't see something does not mean it is not there. As for ip addresses everytime you log onto the internet it is from a specific ip address. Every post you make on line is from that specific ip address. Finding said ip address does take some skills and is not that hard if again you know some stuff. But being that your ability to grasp even the simple of things I see where you might think that. As for forum policy to publish them who said anything about publishing them. There are many other uses of having someones ip address but then again you could not and most likely never be able to grasp that.

Really learn some stuff before you speak because you leave no doubt that your education and ability to grasp the simple things is not there. Pick a Moniker for one so that we can know which A.C. you are for starters. Second do a search for geotagging. For Third have your mom change your diaper. Just a few tips to help you get ahead and maybe the short bus wont stop off at your house and you can start riding the normal bus like the other kids.

A mod does not have the ability to look up your ip address. A mod just watchs from the side lines to make sure all play nice. Some one who knows the interworkings of internet protocals would. Say someone who has a couple degrees in computer programming and maybe a few other things in their background. Now those are the people who you have to worry about because they will do some damage. As for the faggot remark you just have to ask your mother about that but she will deny the fact that she has experienced the ol in and out with others but who besides a person that has been banging your ugly mom would know she has your name tattooed on her backside with a heart.
