No. Compassion has criticized that the other has made GRAMMATICAL and FACTUAL errors. These are much deeper entrenched than a mere SPELLING mistake.
It is like calling someone`s mom an uneducated shallow racist and then getting the return: But your mom is fat!
PS: Ask any Editor what is worse. He will tell you spelling mistakes are common even with big companies and dozens of editors. But a grammatical mistake? This is unforgivable. Or a factual mistake: Even worse.
Relax! My bad. Don't take things I say SO seriously.
But, admit it, you just do not like Elitist or me, for some reason, so no matter what we say, you will find fault with it. Right?
Oh, come on! He is having a rough day with the two of us. So, he just does not like us. I should have pointed that out to him, and to his factual error, but I got on his "grammatical case." On my account he was partially right. On your account he was just.... what ever... he was "not very nice, or perceptive about it."

I just want to make sure that people understand that I am not the grammar/spelling nazi on here. I've questioned the whole, "I'm a journalist but I have horrible spelling when I email people," thing elsewhere (not to be rude -- just to express concern as to the validity of the anonymous person's claims) but I really don't care about who spells what right in these random forum posts. I don't care. The choice of the number "nine" for the hours in the rebukes written to the spelling nazi led me to speculate about whether or not people thought the troll was me (and, I know that sounds paranoid). I just wanted to cover that base. Just saying.

I don't fall into either camp concerning the large scale vast conspiracy theories. It's possible the government has tried to filter the Internet. It's possible that journalists have decided to stick up for one of their own. I just don't see either of those two things lasting too long. Our government can't hide its own mistakes and scandals most of the time and journalists aren't a cohesive band of friends. Personally, I doubt the video has been uploaded anywhere. If it had, there would be some censored version out there. Someone credible would be claiming to have seen it and the account would not be a thinly disguised porn fantasy. If the government intercepted it, they'd be taking credit for getting that done. It's just that no video or pictures have been posted, I think. That's my theory. It's not a more or less valid theory than these others but it's what I think. *shrug*

Ware is probably not a bad guy at all and having a broken nose isn't entirely uncommon. I have a scar on my face so... whatever. No one is perfect, right? No worries. I just thought it was a funny comment; the whole "I'd be more embarrassed of dating that guy than anything that happened in Egypt," comment just struck me as funny.

I have a scar on my lip from an accident that happened when I was two years old and some small scars on my face from a car accident my freshman year in college. These are the only scars on my face. I have other scars, sure, on my hands, my legs, etc. -- nothing really noticeable. A scar should never serve as a reminder of pain and suffering, only a reminder that you survived, you lived, you didn't bleed out and die, a reminder that your body healed and (as time goes on) so will the rest.
