Why no one in Egypt has come forward to confirm what happened? We have video of Gaddafi get shit shoved up his ass and no cellphone videos of Lara Logan butt ass naked! This shit reeks of some kind of coverup and spare us the story that in Egypt they have that much control over the internet they download porn all the time and there has been many videos of the crowds in Tahir square. CBS probaly paid the Egyptian military off to coverup this shit. Lara Logan will forever be defined by this because of her not going into detail of what really happened. Bet she does no more on the spot reporting in the Middle East again.
She is part of a team. She doesn´t necessarily NEED to go there everytime she wants to make a story about Egypt. The 60 minutes episode about the military torturing a while back? Lara Logan was behind it 100%. She was the brains behind it.

Man...i wouldn´t be surprised if 90% of all journalists in CBS Washington and New York know exactly what happened. To be honest? I think there are hundreds of people who know everything there is to know. My estimation? Half of the trolls and posters writing here know much more than you - the other half is probably FBI or CBS or Hillary Employees or Egyptian Secret Service Killers anyway. Wait...correct me...i think there are probably a thousand people who know what really happened.
You are thinking too binary. Light ON/Light OFF. This board is open...i mean completely open. You do not have to even write a PW to write here. Complete total freedom. And it beams its messages out into the web. No, iam not narcissistic. I just state the facts. What solace will she find on this board? I will tell you what kind. No fairytale bullshit that is for sure. But more a kind of mix out of what is out there. What people think and mean about the whole thing. In our microcosmos there are all sorts of people that are interested in the case. The perverts. The fans. The struggling In-Betweens. People with all kinds of perceptions on what happened and not happened. You will see here a freedom of expression that is nowhere attainable anymore least in the so-called freepress of the networks or newspapers.
So she will look here. And much of what she reads she will find horrible and hurting. Other things she will just despise. Then she will look further into it. She will see that there are moving battlelines of thoughts and opinions about the assault on her. Some of them are so weird and complicated they are almost unbelievable. But there are here. She will find the trolls and the guys who battle against the trolls.
And she will see that the trolls are not winning. And what does that say about the rest of the web? That can be a kind of solace. But it is not binary superjerk. And i think she wouldn´t have it any other way.

Quit making her this sympathetic figure Euro Elitist you sound like her fucking spokesperson! She is a grown woman that knew the risks even though now after all of Egypt raped her ass she is trying to be some kind of lecturer! If she would be completely honest she would acknowledge how rape is used to intimidate women in the Middle East which in her past statement about what happened she acted like she was unaware which is bull! She covered the region for years and suffered the consequences! So spare us the bull shit and if any Egyptians are out there please post the damn videos so she finally admits that she got three holed! No sympathy for the bitch!

I wish she would try to go back to report in the crowds in the Middle East those fuckers probably all know about her ass and seen what happened!

Millions of tourist stream every year to egypt and they must know about the sexual harassment bit. Still they return. They know the risks they take it. When something gruesome happens are they automatically stupid and bitches?
Every day i hear the most gruesome things about american crime and american prisons. I KNOW that rape is used to intimidate and terrorize men in american prisons. Still i flew over to the U.S. as a tourist. But as much as i may read about it and hear about it nothing could prepare me for the horror of life in a maximum security penalty. I could be send there just by having some bad luck one day while strolling through New York.
