d) Simply murdering any reporter would not have made as much of sensation and would not have underscored the alleged "savagery" of protesters as a loud and public sexual assault.
e) Someone (Elitist?) once suggested that during her previous stay in Egypt, someone could have simply "developed an unhealthy personal interest" in her.
