Ten years from now, will the Tea Party fizzle out, or will it transform the political landscape.

It has already transformed it.

The main change it will cause among the Dems, though, is bringing in fresh blood. Many older Dems in control of the party will soon "retire" after this debacle.

That's typical lefty media hoax that has been put to rest. Breitbart offered 100k to show the proof of that and not one person came forth with any evidence.

Stop trying so hard to badmouth the Tea party, and instead learn something about America from them.

Breitbart?

It is my hope that the Dems will be future thinking and turn away from the left and make 'reasonable' and 'center' a normal state again, instead of recruiting liberal loons like Obama, Pelosi and pandering to the gay and illegal immigrants. Like the Dems of the 50s 60s and 70s.

Or they could stay stupid and lash out in anger and go even more overboard in their rhetoric.

Dude, I think you are the one cranking up the rhetoric.

The racists are right about one thing. Demographics is destiny. It is the right that will be forced to change.

The right has changed and set straight by the Tea Party.
It's the left's turn now. If you do not see the writing on the wall, you are doomed.
Trying to reason with a lefty is exhausting.

The corporate right has not changed and they own the tea party.

As soon as the economy recovers, the tea party will be forgotten.

Do you really think that group represents America's truly 'hard' left? That's sad.

The Democratic party as of yesterday pre elections yes. It is nothing but a love fest of extreme lefties, who support gay agenda and illegal immigration and welfare and high taxes and unions.
The independents do not want that crap and bolted out. Did you see the results yesterday? What did that tell you?

Tea party is comprised of Joe Sixpack and benefits from small donations from individuals, families and small businesses.
Unlike MediaMatters, MoveOn and similar organizations that are owned and bought by corporations.

Those are not extreme lefties, darlin'. There is a whole fringe that the Democrats eschew. Too bad the Republicans didn't do the same. The discourse among adults would be more fruitful if both flavors of wackjobs were filtered out.

Tea party is that agent that will filter out wackjobs from both parties. Don't you get it?

They would have to boot their own bigmouths and would stop selling as well with the Jerry Springer set. That's not going to happen.

If you are talking about people like Christine O'Donell, they will be ferreted out just like they were in the last elections. It is an automatic process.
It is clear that the tea party haters are pulling at straws to find out something to dismiss the Tea party.
Witch hunters, all of you!.

My comment was not about corporations but more towards the integrity of the tea party. They are not infiltrated by the corporations. Not yet, and doubt they will fall for that nonsense.

Do yourself and take a look at the big funding in close Teabadger races before you make a total and complete fool of yourself.

"Oil billionaires David H. and Charles G. Koch, who played a key role in creating and funding the Tea Party movement, hold a quiet annual, invitation-only gathering where they coordinate their anti-consumer political agenda with other titans of industry, like the big health insurers, other oil executives, Wall Street investors, real estate tycoons, conservative journalists and TV opinion show stars...."

Why don't you provide the list instead of making wild charges?
If there is a list, it will prove my point.
