From what I can tell, the black bloc is a protest tactic - not an actual ideology. It was developed in the 80s as an anti nuclear group, but, has since been adopted by a lot of other groups.

Its funny - I enjoyed the anonymous protests of the past, but, this black bloc stuff seems idiotic and retarded.
