Her name is Morena Baccarin and she's an actress of some sort. Short hair on women is usually not very appealing, but on this chick....?

Honestly I'm sure she is a fine person but not only her hair, but also her facial structure and physical mannerisms are unattractive to me.

I will say I've encountered women with shorter hair that I did find attractive, usually hipster chicks.

Yes, that is a good way to describe her. To me women to be attractive must have a feminine quality physically and in their personality. Not full on girly but she can't be a dude. I just don't picture her as being able to abide by it.
