Topic: Anyone see those Domino's commercial where they admit their pizza tastes like shit?

So wierd to see this, but I guess it's refreshing. Their pizza has sucked hard for years, tasting more like a $1 Totino's special. Here's the ad, what do you all make of it, brilliant or incredibly stupid?

I haven't eaten a Domino's pizza in years. They used to be typical semi-crappy-but-acceptable-delivered pizza but I always preferred local joints or making my own. Have they really gone downhill from where they were, say, 5 years ago?

I used to live in Detroit. They used to run a 2x1 promo every time the Tigers won (In 1984, that was quite a lot). I sorta kept ordering them out of habit (I was lazy, and Little Caesar's took too long to get at the time).
Maybe I will try it now, sorta sick of Pizza Hut and Papa John's'

Around 10 years ago I tried to order a pizza from Domino's using my cell phone (my only phone) and their automated system told me to call back using a landline. I still don't have a landline. They've made exactly $0 from me since then.

THIS IS TERRIBLE. THE ONLY THING IT DOES IS MAKE THE DUMBFUCKS WHO KEPT THEM IN BUSINESS FOR 6 DECADES FEEL LIKE RUBES. NOT ONE PERSON WILL SEE THIS AND SAY: "YOU MEAN IT'S NOT LITERALLY SHIT ANYMORE? GET IN THE CAR, KIDS!"

What was that old movie where the advertising dude goes crazy and he comes up with new ads with his buddies at the institution that are truthful? I think one was about how Ferraris or Porsches will get you blowjobs and one was about how Japanese electronics are superior because they're shorter and closer to the electronics and can assemble them with their small hands?

Well, I fell for it. They are advertising 2 or more medium 2-topping for $5.99/ea - got a sausage/mushroom and a ham/pineapple (both thin crust). Cant' tell any major difference, my complaint was the total lack of toppings - especially with the thin crust, the toppings have to deliver the flavor and these just didn't do it. I've had Ritz crackers at parties with more toppings.
