That's a great article although it would have done better to concentrate on evidence that beta males are being shut out than talk about the dull-as-fuck PUA community. The betas here are under the impression that "alpha males" are somehow suave or confident. They're not. Most of them can barely communicate. I saw a great example of this recently. I was at a party where a tall Italian guy picked up a girl. His method was as follows: He sat next to her and stared into the air, occasionally checked his phone, etc. Occasionally he jabbed her and said something. This was never more than a few sentences. I overheard some of the "conversation." He opened with asking where she lived and whether she was looking to hook up. Everything else he said to her was sexual in nature. Including asking how she maintained her pubic hair. He would then go back to checking his phone or simply staring into space. There was absolutely nothing confident or charismatic about this guy. Like most of the "alpha males" I've met he had the outward appearance of being borderline retarded. Of course, she went home with him (or rather they went back to her place since, as I heard him explain, he's not allowed to take women back to his place). That's how it happens.

Whether it's a housing bubble, dotcom bubble, or a 30 yr old woman, you shouldn't chain yourself to something at its peak. There's only downside potential.
