human civilization began in ethiopia. black societies are the elder sibling to asian and white ones, but like any of humanity can be corrupted from the inside or out.
i'm glad unions are there to provide basic representation for employees, given that management and corporations have ample counsel. i don't think its right that a prospective employee should be forced to join a union, but then they shouldn't have the right to be represented by them. the bigger issue is that people at the top and bottom get too greedy and abuse their privileges to exploit the other side.

agreed. it has to start from the top, and i don't just mean from the government. One excelling black kid in a school of low-achievers will make little difference or just wind up leaving. That which one associates with rubs off on one. Gangsta rap being promoted will be detrimental. Artists with a positive message like Will Smith and Denzel Washington will be amelioratory. The government forcing stores to sell to blacks is beneficial, but only if the blacks use that privilege.

i think most minorities are happy to have whites lead the way and just want to help out. they admire whites, this is why some move to white countries or try to assimilate when whites have overwhelmed a formerly majority brown country. as i've said before, most aren't trying to get rid of whites, they just don't want to be mistreated.
