You can't even fathom going out to dinner, can you. Looking at a menu, being able to afford to pay not only for yourself but your family and live in help. Having enough money that you can spend what you want, you don't have to worry about the price since the amounts are just a wash.

Guess what, that's what life is like for those who spend their life building things up instead of tearing things down. Every year we have more money. We make life better for other people. And we get paid for it.
