The average server at a $15/person chain restaurant is making the same as educated workers after tax. That's the sad truth in America today.

Come to think about it working 5-6 hours a night in a restaurant or bar making the equivalent of a $60K job after taxes beats the hell out of the M-F 9-5 grind. They get to sleep in everyday get drunk every night.
