Actually it was LBJ. he is the one that dreamed up the idea that all we had to do was throw money at the downtrodden and in a generation they would raise themselves up. It was the Clintons, of all people, who finally tried put a stop to it.
The reason that she will probably keep the agreement is because she gets what she wants and also purchases your silence. If she stiffs you, tell her that you are going to tell the entire world what she did. you'll get laid.
I don't understand why people still think Germany lost WW2. They achieved all of their objectives. They are thriving. That means you win. The U.S. got all their Jews, and as we can now see, that means we lost.
i am pretty sure lots of people are going to die in the next 100 years from other than natural causes. maybe 80-90% of the world's population. I think it is necessary and unavoidable. I feel bad about it, but I hope I am not one of them.
Toys and bank accounts don't necessarily make people feel more secure. It sounds like the OP is artificially linking his sexual identity to the wrong sort of things.
Take me, for instance. I reak of self-confidence. Everybody knows I am the Burrito Rancho Grande around here. Do you think it is because of my German car? No It is because i exude manliness with every character I type.
Why don't you just make an appointment to see a psychiatrist and tell them how you feel? I really think you are going get much better advice, and feel better in the long run doing that. Everyone is different and although there are people here on this board with med-histories, what works for them may not be at all right for you. If you can find a good psychiatrist, that is you best bet to feeling better, in my opinion.
I think you need to educate yourself. Banks can print money in a very real sense. If I deposit $10,000 in a bank, they have a legal right to lend almost ten times that amount. That's how it works. That is why the country is in so much trouble. The non-existant money did not get paid back. Banks do not have control over the actual printer, but they don't need one.
This is an interesting thread, but it is all hot air until someone can explain, exactly, how cash-strapped municipalities are going to come up with the enormous amounts of capital needed to claim eminent domain in an organized fashion. Once someone can do that, CONVINCINGLY, then this idea will have legs. Until then, just baby talk.
