Blond hair is not a big issue. I dont understand why it is so important to some people. Here we have a lot of blonds and dark brown women. Black hair is not common. When i was young i discovered that some people were blue-eyed and some were brown-eyed. Me and my friends didnt think that was important. We were all whites.

I have now lapped all valves. I am still waiting for the oil seals. I have found my o-ring service kit. I will see if i can replace the missing o-rings with o-rings from the service kit.
I measured the thickness of the bearing shells. I assume that the Honda factory selected the correct thickness. I only want to know how much the shells were worn. I thought it was simple. First check what the colour code is. Look in a table what the thickness should be. Measure the thickness. I could not find any table that showed thickness and the thickness was varying more than 0.01mm. The spots that looked worn was not thinner than the parts that looked like new.
I have not found anywhere to buy plastigauge. Maybe i can buy it from USA.
I have started to put the engine together. You can see that the crankshaft and pistons are in place. I am waiting for 2 oil seals i need before i can join the crankcase halves. I must remember to tighten the nuts on the connecting rods. I did not find anything wrong with the crankshaft or gear shafts.
I looked through the exploded views and parts lists. I have now found the right place for most o-rings. I have made a spreadsheet with all sealings. There are 1 o-ring and 4 rubber washers i cant find any place for. I have now started on the copper and aluminum washers. I got 1 7.3 aluminum and 3 6.2 copper washers. In the parts lists i have found many 6 and 6.5 washers. The camchain tensioner have 3 6.5 sealing washers. Maybe i will put them there. The cam pulser also have 3 6.5 washers. I will put the old ones back.
I am trying to figure where the o-rings fit. They put all the o-rings in one bag. The gasket kit was for a CBR1100. Some o-rings are not needed on my CB1100 and some are missing.
