Pre-nups are rarely overturned.

There's only a handful of cases where pre-nups were overturned. Like in Steven Spielberg's case, where the pre-nup was written on a restaurant napkin.

As long as both sides have lawyers, and the signing is done before the wedding invitations go out, 99% chance it will be upheld if challenged.
