Yep. I've been deadlifting the same thing once a week for a year+ (405 for a handful of reps) which puts me a little over 2x weight. I've weighed ~190 pounds since earlier this year. No idea what a max would be, as I have no desire or need to find out or go any higher, as I don't compete in anything.
I always find it amazing looking at these men or women on Youtube who weigh like 140 pounds doing 400+.
But that's still very good for her gender and weight. Most people at the gym don't even do deadlifts. I know 250 pound fatasses who can bench press 340+ but can't deadlift 300.
Only because they don't do deadlifts, of course. If they did, they'd be doing 400+.
Yes, they did. They make the decision to abandon their families, put their lives at risk, make children fatherless or mothrless, and to kill others. She's fighting for something GOOD, not killing people. Why is what she does different? Because there are not people getting blown up in another country? She's not killing children in the name of the flag?
Great episode, aside from that cartoonish shit. Really, what the fuck were they thinking? And we finally get a definite answer at the end of the episode...
You've never actually been to a gym or know anything about weightlifting, do you?
A lot of people don't use freeweights because they don't know how, and they're inherently more dangerous. It's not because of anyone at the gym.
On the rare occasions I go to the gym in the morning, it's all old people. Aside from select groups, most of them only use machines, even when they're there by themselves. Without proper instruction, they don't know what to do or how to do it properly. Most of them aren't concerned with it.
They just picked 100 of the most famous stand up comics of all time and sorted them in popularity, more or less. All lists like this are regarded as bullshit by most people.
I actually don't mind that song. I was in London in 1998, and that song was playing EVERYWHERE. And that was a year after it was released.
I hate that 4 non blondes song. HATE IT. I hated it when it was new, and I hate it now. That Ween song also pisses me off, and they had a couple of decent songs.
You're aware guns are legal in most countries of the civilized world, right? Canada, most of Europe, etcetera? Typically more regulated than we are, obviously, but still legal.
I love how some retards make posts from the perspective that guns are ONLY legal to own privately in the United States.
Some people here (probably the same one or two people) make jokes about fucking children (i.e. under 12 years old) on a semi-regular basis. I've seen it many times.
