here we go again, mascara and katalyst doing the tag team damage control
I'm just posting in between packing my suitcase, writing and making some phone calls. But feel free to obsess, it it gives your life structure and meaning. I find it amusing.
No it won't. What was telling was how he disappeared for over two hours while Sean and the sockpuppet ran damage control. Then instead of posting until 5 am he slunk off around midnight.
This thread is priceless. Take this picture and the shitbox flower grave memorial Spanky posted over at CI.....................................And we have a shitty construction planter box memorial thread.
I don't post over there so I must have missed it. Are you and S! still at odds?
There is a chair on the tin roof. He also posted a photo awhile back that showed another angle of this beaut. There was what looked like a bus halfway buried in the yard.
I'd expect to see shit like this out in Reno, people do weird shit like that, but in Eureka....wtf.
I really don't think this house is structurally sound. It was probably condemned and James is living there illegally. He keeps posting the same pictures over and over too. You would think that after a couple of years there would be a visible difference. Yet the place looks exactly the same.
About 6 years ago I posted a pic on FC of a place that looks a lot like this place. I think it is still in my image dump folder. It was called "A Home For Moviewhore". I bet it is still there. I'm too tired to go look.
What's sad is that is a great plot, you could do a lot with that. It looks like shit though, and that planter is a joke. What is that, two logs? What the hell.
Two logs held in place by a couple of pieces of plastic pipe pounded into the ground. An Artist's Journey indeed.
Are cream soups harder to make than stock soups? I don't know anyone who makes them, but our favourites are all cream. (Broccoli, potato, mushroom, etc).
Not really harder, just a different set of ingredients. I have a killer cream of mushroom soup recipe. Remind me when I get home and I'll send it to you. I also have cream of tomato, lobster bisque and chowder recipes.
You basically sauté, simmer and add the cream last, and sometimes to thicken. I use vegetable stock sometimes then add as I go along- potatoes, vegies, parsley,cilantro...cream, butter, sherry.
One of my favourite winter soups is one with Anaheim chilies, potatoes, cilantro, spinach, parsley, garlic, cream, butter, pepper and asiago cheese.
It really warms you up on a cold day .
