You can't fix people. Shit gets bad, you get out and cut that shit out.
GET RAPED SON.

Exactly. You can bend a little for someone, compromise, have give and take, but this situation is out of control.

You get out, you move on.

USPS Priority Mail. Worth the cash not to have to deal with her.

I have no idea where she is.

Can you drop it off at her work?

She has to go, Mascara.

I don't wish her harm but this fucking insanity has to end.

by god, that actually sounds familiar. I have vague memories of the personalities on the board and never paid any attention to the names. It's just a melange of factoids like that Cheopys (sp?) character having a website where he expounded on utterly trivial 'C' coding standards.

Cheopys was a good debater but a lost soul. The poster Texas Comanche or something, the original poster who would post links and interesting stories has gone too. Good man.

Aunt Thrax was another great poster.

In one of the suburbs of Boston, about a year ago, something similar happened. A multinational decided to close down a profitable, functioning facility carrying out some high-tech manufacturing. Evidently, it just wasnt profitable enough for them. The workforce and the union offered to buy it, take it over, and run it themselves. The multinational decided to close it down instead, probably for reasons of class-consciousness. I dont think they want things like this to happen. If there had been enough popular support, if there had been something like the Occupy movement that could have gotten involved, they might have succeeded.

Pity that nobody will listen to one of the greatest thinkers of several generations.

He's absolutely right.

I mean the parallels with Mexico - I'm sure she got that from somewhere else. It makes no sense at all.

The Mexican Peso Crisis?

I learned about that in Comparative Politics.

We're doing the exact same things here. No politician on either side of the Atlantic will admit the world financial system has fatally crashed.

I think they have enough juice (pun intended) to keep the markets propped up until after the election. After that, its anybodys guess as to what will happen.

One thing Im sure of is that Merkel and the pro-Euro pols in Germany are getting kicked out and the new govt will move to dissolve the Euro.

Jesus. Won't that be a disaster, at least for the short term?

The illegals are a big problem. We spend BILLIONS each and every year on Food EBT, health care with ERs being their primary care with hospitals never getting paid and educating their young. The birth rate for illegal mexicans is higher here than mexicans in mexico.
You support obama even tho he spent more in 3 years than bush in 8.
Yeah you dont care cause you dont pay much in taxes and probably on welfare.
Obama has been the worst president in history. Watch french markets keep going down if the socialist new prez there enacts what he said he would. More spending, bigger government and a tax of 75%.
This is pretty much what obama wants. Guess what obamacare is a huge tax hike even tho they dont want to call it that. But SC will not ok it in its present form.
OP -mascara good thing you have a computer or otherwise you would have no life at all ya transgender queen.

You sound upset.

The police always get paid first, so I vote confiscation.

I think that's what happened in Mexico - its government had counted on investments that didn't pan out because of violence, and poor fiscal policy, and the country just went broke, leading to the peso being devalued, leading to a US bailout.

They paid their loans back early.

None of these countries were operating in the black or even ran a manageable debt load even after they supposedly tightened their belts.

Germany has half the US unemployment rate and as no 2 trader in the world is a far more successful economy than the US.

And their wages and welfare austerity worked in agreement with unions and business groups.

But isn't that part of what the French and Greek voters were rejecting, Germany's austerity plan, and anything similar their countries might adopt?

The voters aren't going to vote to cut themselves off you dumb cunt.

But isn't that democracy?

Isn't that how it is supposed to work? Or are the elite and wealthy supposed to step in and decide what people want.

Therefore, our political problems are a failure of the elite, not of democracy.
