I worked my ass off up to 30 to save money. Because I could not fathom working for other people I managrd to open a small shop and felt free. I felt like a king. Slowly the years wore on and I became a slave again. There was not one boss, there were many. Paperwork, regulations, compliance, gst,pst,hst,municipal.

You better plan it better than I did, or work smarter. I am 50 now and got real sick of it 5 years ago. Almost free of it now.

I own my own business so I can have meetings at a bar. Never mind that the business sucks and I have to rent a place to live and ride a bus.
