Nice. I'll definitely keep it in mind since we'll be looking for things to do in the evenings.

I think it was only about 45 minutes from Stratford so that's an easy day trip.

Also that place I suggested, Foster's Inn. After the night's performance there's usually some of the cast hanging out in the lounge there. So it's kind of cool to have cocktails with someone you just saw on stage.

My wife would lose her mind if she could do that. She works in live theater, these folks are like her heroes.

There's not a whole lot to do besides the theatre and eating and drinking. The downtown area has some cool boutique shopping if you're into that.

This place also has a pretty good cocktail lounge to hang out. The main restaurant is pretty expensive but the bar food served in the lounge was good and reasonable. They make a god vodka martini. It's across the street from the main theatre.

Last year we combined it with a trip to Grand Bend and hung out on the beach. But really there's not a lot to do in Stratford during the day.

We're in a bed/breakfest. I assume we'll go for dinner and wander around.

My family used to live in Grand Bend, in the Pinery. I have lots of good memories of the beach when I'd visit them in the summer.

We usually have dinner at Pazzo, it's really good and not too spendy.

Damn, that looks good. I'm there all weekend, what else is there to do besides the theaters?

The first Civ came out in 1991. Reach for the Stars maybe, that was a space game.

Heh, yeah. They're all basically the same idea. Consider them a complicated version of Risk.

Addictive turn-based strategy game. Check out some youtube videos of the gameplay to see what it's like.

And nobody here gives a fuck about hockey...everyone is drunk out of their minds on the unbeleivably good weather, Hawaii weather we've been having since the week before Easter. This is the most beautiful spring here in my entire life.

It's been nice here too, about a week of low 20's and sunny.
