Not sure, was staying in downtown, Younge? and something. But went all over Toronto, Etobicoke, Missassauge, Brampton, Richmond Hill, Scarborough and some town on the edge of Toronto while driving towards Ottawa (can't recall the name) and a few other cities/towns or whatever Canadians classify them as and they all seem to be full of Indians or some other non-White minority.

Yukon and Nunavit have the Northern Allowance though. The govt pays you $24k a year to live up there...just to have a residence there.
